Ingredients
- 6 Hash Brown Patties
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 cup black beans mashed
- 100 g grated manchego cheese
- 1 avocado
- Cilantro to garnish
Instructions
- Straight from the freezer, place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- To prepare the baleadas, spread each tortilla with beans and add a Hash Brown potato and cheese. On a griddle over low heat, brown on both sides to melt the cheese.
- Serve and add avocado slices and cilantro.
