Ingredients
- 1 lb bag of frozen, shredded hash browns thawed
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/4 cup chopped dill fresh or freeze-dried
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley fresh or freeze-dried
- 1 cup Gouda cheese shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- chopped green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place the thawed hash browns into a large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and carefully mix with a large spoon or spatula until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the potato mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and the top becomes a lightly toasted brown.
