Ingredients

  • 1 bag 32 ounces Waffle Cut Fries, frozen
  • 1 ½ cups 180 grams Popcorn Chicken, frozen

Butter Chicken Seasoning Blend

  • 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons 19 grams Chicken Powder
  • 2 tablespoons + 1 ½ teaspoons 16 grams Smoked Paprika
  • 1 ½ tablespoon 11 grams Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon 7 grams Onion Powder
  • 2 tablespoons 16 grams Granulated Garlic
  • 1 ¼ tablespoon 7 grams Powdered Ginger
  • ¼ cup 24 grams Curry Powder
  • 2 ½ teaspoon 5 grams Garam Masala
  • 1 ½ teaspoons 2 grams Cumin
  • ¾ teaspoon 2 grams Citric Acid (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon 2 grams Monosodium Glutamate (optional)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons 11 grams Black Pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoons 8 grams Coriander, toasted and ground
  • ½ teaspoon 1 gram Thyme
  • ½ teaspoon 1 gram Spicy Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 ¼ tablespoon 15 grams Sugar

Raita Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon 1 gram Dill, dried
  • ¾ teaspoon Lemon Juice about half + Zest
  • ½ cup 4 ounces Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon 1 gram Honey

Instructions

  • Combine chicken powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, onion powder, granulated garlic, ginger, curry powder, garam masala, cumin, citric acid, MSG, black pepper, coriander, thyme, spicy ranch seasoning, and sugar in a bowl. Mix.
  • Note: These spice measurements will yield more seasoning than necessary for a one 32-ounce bag of fries. Extra seasoning can be stored to use for future fry bags.
  • Cook popcorn chicken according to package instructions.
  • Cook fries according to package instructions. Once cooked, put the fries and popcorn chicken into a paper bag.
  • While chicken and fries are cooking, make the raita sauce. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice and zest, and honey. Mix until uniform.
  • Sprinkle approximately 1 tablespoon of seasoning for every two cups fries and chicken into the bag. Shake to coat them in the seasoning, and then taste-test add more seasoning if you’d like.
  • Tear open the bag, serve with the raita sauce, and enjoy!
