- 3 lbs Cooked drained & cubed potatoes
- 1/3 cup Diced scallions
- 1/3 cup Chicken broth
- 1/3 cup Bleu cheese – cut in chunks
- 1/3 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup White wine
- 3/4 cup Bottled French dressing
- 1/3 cup Bacon bits
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and chill for three hours or longer.
- Add bacon bits before serving.
