  1. Boil whole potatoes for 15-18 minutes, or until almost tender. Drain and cut potatoes in half or smaller, return to pan.
  2. Add butter, salt, and spices. Cover, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Stir in peas, heat 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
