Potatoes are a heart healthy food choice — they’re free of cholesterol, fat and sodium. They’re also a great source of fiber. So when we saw Cooking Light’s list of eight  cholesterol-lowering foods, we took note. On that list was black beans — a great legume rich in nearly five grams of soluble fiber.
