Our menu and daily specials show our attention to detail, with fresh fish flown in daily and vegetables purchased directly from our region, made-from-scratch sauces and smoked meats.

We are fortunate to live and work in a state that is abundant with agriculture, so we are committed to “buy local, buy Wisconsin.” On a daily basis, we receive deliveries of fresh produce and products that our farmers have taken great care to grow and cultivate.
