Ingredients
- 1/2 c Almond Milk
- 1/2 c Dehydrated Potato Flakes
- 6 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 c Agave
- 2 c Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Coffee Powder
Toppings
- 1/4 c Raspberries
- Sliced Almonds optional
- Mini Chocolate Chips optional
Instructions
- In blender or food processor, add the almond milk, potato flakes, cocoa powder, agave, cottage cheese, and coffee powder.
- Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides, ensuring to fold in anything unblended. Blend once more.
- Pour into small jars and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve with fresh berries.
