Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c Almond Milk
  • 1/2 c Dehydrated Potato Flakes
  • 6 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 c Agave
  • 2 c Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Coffee Powder

Toppings

  • 1/4 c Raspberries
  • Sliced Almonds optional
  • Mini Chocolate Chips optional

Instructions
 

  • In blender or food processor, add the almond milk, potato flakes, cocoa powder, agave, cottage cheese, and coffee powder.
  • Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides, ensuring to fold in anything unblended. Blend once more.
  • Pour into small jars and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve with fresh berries.
