Strawberry and Cream Smoothie


  • 1 red potato 3-inch diameter
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk calcium fortified
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder 20 gram pro, low sugar


  • Scrub potato well.
  • Microwave for 1-2 minutes until soft. Discard the peel
  • Place everything in a blender and blend thoroughly.
