Strawberry and Cream Smoothie
Pre-workout smoothie to fuel you up for excercise.
Ingredients
- 1 red potato 3-inch diameter
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup vanilla soymilk calcium fortified
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder 20 gram pro, low sugar
Instructions
- Scrub potato well.
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes until soft. Discard the peel
- Place everything in a blender and blend thoroughly.
