Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 6 Peeled sliced potatoes
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 can French's Fried Onions 8 oz
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix milk, diced onions and Cream of Chicken soup in large glass or metal baking dish (10x14 rectangular). Season with salt and pepper. Add sliced potatoes and 1 cup cheese. Mix well. Top with remaining cheese and French's onions.
  • Bake @ 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
