Ingredients
Dough
- 1 c Instant Potato Flakes
- 1 c Cold Water
- 1/2 c Grated Parmesan
- 1/2 c Potato Starch
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Toppings
- 3/4 c Marinara Sauce
- 3/4 c Mozzarella
- Pepperoni Sausage, Chopped Veggies (optional; this will change the nutritionals)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix all the dough ingredients together in a mixing bowl until combined; the dough should be slightly tacky but easy to work with.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces, shape them into small balls, and gently press into disks. Press them into muffin tins that have been lightly sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Bake the pizza shells for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place a tablespoon of sauce in each round and top with a tablespoon of mozzarella and desired toppings. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
