Ingredients
- 1 pound Russet Potatoes diced Âľ inch
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C)
- Cut the potatoes into even, Âľ-inch chunks. Add them to a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss. Season the potatoes with the salt and black pepper then toss again to combine.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Roast the potatoes for 18-22 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
- Allow the potatoes to cool; then top your favorite salad and enjoy!
