  • 1 cup Dairy sour cream
  • 1 can Condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup undiluted, 10.5oz
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 Pkg Frozen Southern Style hash Browns 12oz
  • 1/2 cup Crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  • In small bowl, mix together sour cream, soup and seasonings.
  • Place frozen potatoes in baking dish; cover with soup mixture.
  • Combine crushed corn flakes or crackers and cheese; sprinkle over top of soup mixture.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
