Mom’s Herb-Buttered Potatoes & Peas

Ingredients

  • 11/2 lbs New small red potatoes unpeeled
  • 1/2 cup Butter 1 stick
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 10 oz Frozen peas thawed and dried

Instructions

  • Boil whole potatoes for 15-18 minutes, or until almost tender. Drain and cut potatoes in half or smaller, return to pan.
  • Add butter, salt, and spices. Cover, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Stir in peas, heat 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
