Instructions
Heat oil to 375 and drop potato slices in; cook for 5 minutes to a crisp golden brown.
Drain potato slices on paper towel then arrange on serving platter.
In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning. Drop mixture on top of potatoes.
Layer remaining ingredients on top of potatoes in order listed ending with cheeses.
