  1. In large bowl, combine beef, tomato sauce, corn, onion, olives, bread crumbs, and taco seasoning mix.
  2. Press evenly into two 2-inch deep pie plates.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Drain.
  4. Pipe mashed potatoes in decorative ring around edge of pie. Broil 3 – 5 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown.
  5. Arrange avocado alternately with chopped tomatoes in center of pie.
